4. Fees and Payments

All services are subject to fees as displayed on our website or quoted to you directly. You agree to:

• Pay all charges incurred under your account
• Provide current, complete, and accurate payment information
• Promptly update payment information to keep it current and complete

We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.

All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by Singapore law.

5. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only. While we strive to meet these estimates, we cannot guarantee completion times due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Complexity of the documents
• Third-party verification requirements
• Government processing times
• Force majeure events

Expedited services are available at additional cost when possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and all materials provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are our property or the property of our licensors and are protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, in no event shall DocuSync Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the applicable service(s).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DocuSync Solutions and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your submission of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information or documents
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property, property, or privacy right

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy that arises in connection with these Terms or our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
